WHY COLLAGEN PROTEIN
We use 100% grass-fed collagen peptides as our featured protein source because of their unique amino acid profile.
Collagen is naturally rich in glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline, amino acids that are found in high concentrations in structural tissues and are less abundant in many common protein sources.
Collagen functions differently from muscle-focused proteins like whey or soy and is not considered a complete protein. We choose it intentionally as part of a protein-forward, ingredient-conscious approach that complements a varied diet rather than replacing other protein types.

I created JustNosh to change that. What started as a collagen-forward, easy-to-digest protein bar quickly became something more. A brand rooted in ingredient quality, transparency, and respect for how food impacts the body. Every product is made without fillers, artificial flavors, or ingredients commonly associated with digestive discomfort.
