At JustNosh, your satisfaction matters to us. All purchases are considered final sale and we do not accept returns or refunds based on taste preference.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive, please reach out to us at hello@jagprovisions.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product including the lot code printed on the wrapper. Our team will do everything we can to make it right.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@jagprovisions.com.
